2019年11月24日: 富士山マラソン2019（山梨県）

Beautiful autumn marathon!

出場種目：フルマラソン

It is a perfect time of year to run around the beautiful lakes nearby Mount Fuji. After the first 10k, the rest of the race is by the lake with all of the leaves changing colour. Pace runners were a great support and the aid stations had all we needed to recharge during the full marathon.

I wished there had been some fresh fruit and sports drinks at the end of the race. The luggage pick up and drop off area was also quite narrow and crowded. Except for this, it was a wonderful race!

Prepare clothes for various types of weather, as it can change quickly near the mountains. I used a plastic bag at the start of the race to protect myself from the rain. It was a lifesaver!
